of Hosted Email Solution Change Password Change
Password features allows you to change the password of your webmail. Forwarding
Options (Email Account Forwarders) Forwarders allow you to send a copy of all mail
from one email address to another. For example, if you have two different email
accounts you@yourcompany.com and you@yourcompany.com, you could forward you@yourcompany.com
to you@yourcompany.com so you do not need to check both accounts. Note that the
mail for a forwarded email address will still be delivered to that address as
well. Auto Responders You can
use auto responders to send a message back automatically to anyone who sends an
email to a certain account. This can be useful for times when you are on
vacation or unavailable, or if you have a generic message that you wish to send
for a support email address. Attachment You can

Windows Application) When accessing an email account through a
desktop email application such as Outlook Express®, the email application will
require specific information about that email account. You can use the

server, it shows how the mail server will deliver mail to that address. If you
enter an address that exists somewhere other than this server, it will show how
the mail server will attempt to send mail to that address. Email Filtering This
feature allows you to filter your emails. You can filter particular email id. Signature If you would like
to include a short message or "signature" at the bottom of your
emails, you can include. Multiple Identities If you like to
have multiple email addresses, signatures or names, you can enter them, or
select an already created identity. Your Current Time zone Email usually
includes a timestamp that tells the receiver when you sent it. If you select
your time zone here, the timestamp will be more accurate. If not, the server's
time zone is used. Theme Different color
schemes are available. Themes with "(Changes)" after their name may
have a different color each time you log in. Custom Style sheet Select a style
sheet to use a different size font. The administrator may install special style
sheets that further modify appearance. Language Select a different
language to allow the reading and writing of emails in that language. For
example, to have Japanese emails display properly, one must set this to
Japanese. Number of Messages to Index The number of
message to show per page of text. Enable Alternating Row Colors Show every other
message with a different color. Enable Page Selector Show page numbers
that let you go straight to a specific page. Maximum Number of Pages to Show It allows you to
show how many page numbers to show. If there are too many pages then they will
